Any booth not decorated for Christmas or not manned for Customers during the show will be closed down and removed from the building. No Refunds will be given and space will not be available to the vendor in the future. Management reserves the right to make arrangements to accommodate all vendors to the best of our ability. We cannot guarantee the placement of your area to be the exact place requested, however, every effort will be made to recognize special request when possible.
