ľ¹ÏÖ±²¥â€™s Aid is horrified by the news of Tyre Nichols’ brutal murder at the hands of law enforcement.
The circumstances are all too familiar – police use excessive force to arrest a Black man at a traffic stop. The name Tyre Nichols joins a list that started long before Rodney King and George Floyd. The carnage that Black Americans have faced at the hands of those whose job it is to protect them is unspeakable.
Our hearts go out to the Nichols family, the Memphis community, and communities nationwide as they mourn this incredibly painful loss.
