Daniel Lehman Named New VP and CFO

New York – The ľֱ’s Aid Society (CAS) is pleased to announce the appointment of Daniel J. Lehman as the agency’s new Vice President and Chief Financial Officer beginning August 1, 2011.

Lehman most recently served as Deputy Commissioner of Finance and Planning at the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.  In this role, Lehman oversaw a budget of nearly $2 billion and implemented numerous savings, business process improvements and automation projects in support of the Department’s mission. Lehman’s distinguished career includes critical roles at the New York City Human Resources Administration, the New York City Department for the Aging, and the Mayor’s Office of Management and Budget in addition to various positions in not-for-profit organizations and private firms.

Lehman is a graduate of Harvard University and earned an MBA in Finance and Operations Management from New York University.
